Employment law is one of the most active and constantly changing disciplines of law. We have provided training on site and in suitable conference suites on a range of topics. These have included unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, all aspects of discrimination law and the interpretation and impact of recent legislation and case law. We can also customise our training session to meet your specific needs, for example, we have been asked to cover how to deal with sporadic and long-term sickness, redundancy procedure, sexual harassment and bullying and staff setting up in competition.
